The state of Idaho has asked the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to establish an oil & gas wastewater injection program in Idaho.  These injection wells have a history of causing earthquakes, contaminating aquifers, and threatening public health across the nation.  This proposal raises serious questions about the safety of such a program in our state.
