  • Unchain the Cupcakes: Pass a cottage foods law in Idaho! It is currently illegal in Idaho to sell some home-processed foods direct to consumers in Idaho. IORC is taking on a statewide grassroots campaign to legalize and regulate cottage foods.
  • Local foods/urban agriculture. The Portneuf Resource Council (PRC) is working to pass an urban agriculture ordinance in Pocatello to incentive and support local, urban farmers.
  • Weiser Farmers Market. The Weiser River Resource Council (WRRC) started the Weiser Farmers Market in 2012. The market is a seasonal celebration of local foods. Held every Saturday at the Weiser Train Depot during the season, the market supports local producers and
