For our Latinx, Immigrant, and Indigenous communities to be treated with dignity, honor their human rights, help create equal access and seek social justice in the midst of a global crisis.

We seek to provide relief and resources to our communities in Idaho in uniting our efforts by creating a new support system model.

Sanitizer Project 2020

In 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, IORC members gathered to create sanitizers using local ingredients. Vodka was purchased from local producer Koenig Distillary in the Sunny Slope area of Canyon County. Koenig is known for using local potatoes to create its vodka. These hand sanitizers were distributed with our food distributions throughout 2020. Special labels were made by Arlie Sommer in Spanish and English.
